The Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management finally released the long-awaited management plan that will guide the next 20 years of management for 2.3-million acres in Colorado's San Juan Mountains. The plan includes 558,000 acres of roadless areas, but only a paltry 55,533 acres are recommended as wilderness.
