National wilderness leaders from around the country converged in Washington the last week of February, fanning out across Capitol Hill to urge Members of the House to support the Omnibus Public Land Management Act (S. 22). In town for the biennial Wilderness Leaders Week, these representatives from numerous national, regional, state, and local wilderness support organizations took part in training and discussion sessions, met with their Congressional delegations, networked, and attended a reception for Members of Congress.
